My husband and I were referred from a friend to Mike and Derek from Mitchell realty. We weren't quite ready to sell at that point but wanted ideas and opinions on the sale. Mike and Derek gave us a lot of pointers. Mike has a contractors license also, so he recommended subcontractors to work with, with work I couldn't do myself. Heck, he even offered me to use his truck to haul drywall!! Doesn't get any better than that. Once we decided to list the property, Derek met with us and discussed all the details and their marketing strategies. He ran with it at that point. They had daily open houses for 4 days and after the 4th day we had 5 offers and accepted the offer for 5% over our listing price. I wouldn't call anyone else if I needed real estate help in the future.

Derek is great and very responsive! He knows the area and really cares. He paid attention to all the details, and helped us find exactly what we wanted. He went over and above after we bought our house to help us by bringing over some drywall to help us repair the wall! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a house in the area.
